Downtown Providence Engagement Session

Ally and Drew decided to do their engagement session in downtown Providence, Rhode Island in October 2023. They drove up from Boston to meet me in one of their favorite cities – Providence! When planning their session, they told me they were hoping to capture their love as they explored around the city and mentioned that they were beer lovers. I suggested we end our session at one of their favorite breweries, Long Live Beerworks. We started off the session on Westminster Street (a street filled with cute shops and great restaurants) and then ventured around the downtown area from there, walking down alleyways, enjoying the views on a rooftop parking garage, and strolling along the Providence River. These two had so much love and kindness for each other throughout the entire session and I think it was definitely captured on my camera. We finished up the session by grabbing some pours of craft beer at Long Live — we took a few photos there and then we got to sit and just chat and get to know each other more (one of my favorite parts of being a photographer!) I cannot wait for their wedding next year at the Roger Williams Botanical Garden!
