Supporting people and connecting with others has always been my calling. When I'm not documenting love with my camera, I'm usually working at a local hospital as a mental health occupational therapist. Being able to support folks through both their highs and lows truly fulfills me.

How does being an OT help me serve you as a wedding photographer? I recognize that no two couples are the same; every person is unique and has different needs and my experience helps me be flexible, think quickly on my feet, and adapt to whatever comes our way on your wedding day. I understand that the road to your wedding day was likely not an easy one. I’ll hold your hand, listen to your stories, and support you every step of the way. By the time your wedding or elopement happens, I hope to feel like an old friend that has your back, not just another vendor.

With an occupational therapist’s care and a photographer’s eye, I’ll capture your love through timeless images.

my Core Values

I discovered my passion for photographing elopements and intimate weddings after my own elopement in Acadia National Park. My husband and I created an elopement that was uniquely ours -- we rented an old farmhouse for our family to stay in, decorated with our favorite thrifted finds, got married in the national park, and had a laid back lobster dinner while our favorite songs played in the background. After our elopement, I decided I wanted to help inspire couples to also do things their way and to document their celebrations as authentically as possible.

Our love story is my favorite.

MY LOVE

It might be weird to admit but – I really really love my day job. I love it so much that I’ve decided I’m not going to quit being an occupational therapist to become a full time wedding photographer. I’ve realized I love wearing both hats and supporting people, period. At the hospital, I help my patients learn and utilize coping skills to get back to doing what they want and need to do. My goal is to always be a trusted and kind person they can turn to.  When documenting couples, my goal is basically the same. I aim to be a support throughout every step of the journey leading up to your wedding or elopement.

i work my 9-5 by choice

When I say I'm intentional with the weddings and elopements I take on, I really mean it. I only take on 8 to 10 weddings per year -- yes, you read that right! By taking on such a small number of weddings, I'm able to fully serve my couples and work with people who trust me 100%. I'm able to actually get to know my couple's vision, understand their love and interests, and show up as a friend by the time the celebrations happen. You are never just another wedding booked to me, you are much more than that.

... and it allows me to be intentional about the couples i choose to work with
